RHYTHM & STRETCH

THURSDAYS AT 2:00PM

Loosen up your body with the right stretches, improve blood flow, and keep that youthful energy alive! This class is perfect for those who want to stretch regularly but struggle to do it on their own. We'll work on using stretches and rhythms to relax your body, helping you achieve effortless and graceful postures and movements. Let's get that blood pumping and bid farewell to fatigue at the end of each session!

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection.

When we go about our daily business without consciousness of the body, the various stresses and strains that occur day after day can begin to take a physical toll before we know it. F.M. Alexander looked carefully at the unconscious habits that take this toll, and in so doing, he discovered a method for moving freely while comfortably maintaining a healthy posture, by addressing the disconnect between mind and body.
